• Formal Tone: Uses "Vous". Very polite. Often related to shops, services, or professional calls.
• Informal Tone: Uses "Tu". Uses slang or contractions (T'as instead of Tu as).
• Urgent Tone: Fast speaking, words like Attention, Urgent, Immédiatement.

1. Read ahead: You have a few seconds before the audio starts. Scan the 4 options.
2. First 5 seconds: The most important info is usually in the first sentence.
3. Don't overthink: It's the easiest section. If it sounds like a voicemail, it probably is.
4. Keywords:
   • Remise / Soldes -> Promotional.
   • Retard / Perturbation -> Information/Traffic.
   • Pardon / Désolé -> Apology.
