TCF Canada Reading Section: Time Management Strategies

TCF Canada Reading Section: Time Management Strategies (CLB 7+)
The TCF Canada Compréhension Écrite (Reading) section is a marathon. You have 60 minutes to answer 39 questions ranging from A1 (beginner) to C2 (mastery) difficulty.
If you calculate the math, that gives you 1 minute and 32 seconds per question.
However, this average is a trap. If you spend 1.5 minutes on the easy A1 questions at the beginning, you will run out of time when you reach the complex C1-level academic articles at the end. To achieve a CLB 7, 8, or 9 (B2/C1), you must master time management.
Here is the ultimate pacing strategy for the TCF Canada Reading test.
