Question: Quelle est la position du gouvernement ? Answer Choices: A) Il veut ouvrir les frontières.
Correct Answer: B. The key words are "renforcement des contrôles" (restrictive) AND "accélérer le traitement" (welcoming). It's a balance.
The Immigration theme is politically charged. When reading, look for the tone (neutral, sympathetic, critical) and identify the author's implicit position. French texts rarely state opinions directly; they do so through word choice. "Afflux" sounds more negative than "Arrivée"; "Richesse culturelle" is more positive than "Flux migratoire."
